Domestic & Priority shipping is available. 

All items are processed within 3-7 business days. Please be aware that at this time all orders are final sale. Exchanges are offered for defective items only. 

All Sulema 14k pieces are final sale, this includes items with diamonds.

Please contact Sulema Soul Goods within two (2) business days of receiving of the merchandise to arrange a return request if you are met with unsatisfactory quality. After two (2) business days, you will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise and return request will not be possible.

Upon receipt of the return and item inspection, refund determination will be based on the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All returns must be received in original condition and any manufacturing defect will be handled pursuant to Sulema Soul Goods.

All our deliveries are handled by USPS.

Reliability is key, which is why we suggest priority shipping and provide a tracking number as soon as the item(s) has shipped.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. 

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost.
